Great American Cookie Co is seeking candidates for a Full-Time General Sales Manager.
The GSM will be responsible for Managing the human resources and equipment to achieve the profitability, quality, and performance goals established. The GSM will work with and along side the store staff to accomplish these goals.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Supervise the entire operation of the store and the activities of the staff.
2. Effectively train and manage the store staff to carry out their delegated responsibilities for operating the store.
3. Maintain a high awareness concerning the customer experience.
4. Maintain the highest standards of product and decorating quality and store appearance.
5. Promote sales growth and control costs.
6. Effectively control labor, inventories, and cash accountability.
7. Insure that a member of management and qualified decorator are present during all hours of operation.
